  Fewer college graduates as returning into medicine nursing. In 2013, six June 1944 of the national nursing workforce were used as medicine nurses; in 2017 that share was rumoured as four.7%.The explanations for this decline embrace lack of faculty man nursing clinical work exposure to medicine and child health care. it has been well documented that paediatric/child health content educated in educated nursing programs has been in decline for years with the prospects of this trend to continue.
