  This research explores how gender equality benefits the country not only commercially but also necessary for growth. Gender equality is a term that surrounds the man and women as equal without any partiality and both are equally accessible to every opportunity in life. Men and women should have equal liberty without any regard to their gender rather than viewing the maleness or femaleness, they are not alike but they have similar rights. Gender equality signifies the concerns, passions, and arrangements both males and females take into attention recognizing the range of different groups of males and females.
