All around the world fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) used as medicinal herb and green leafy vegetable. It is cultivated mostly in India, Africa, Egypt, Pakistan and etc. Fenugreek is highly rich in nutritional source contains vitamins, minerals, proteins, alkaloids, flavonoids, fibers, gums and volatile compounds.
