There are increasing abortion rate among Myanmar mi grants in Samut Sakorn Province, Thailand. The obje ctive of the study was to develop a participatory educati on on adolescent reproductive life (PEARL) programm e to prevent unintended pregnancy among Myanmar migrant adolescent and youth in the Province. Population fo r this study was Myanmar migrants both female and mal e, 15-24 years of age, both registered and unregist ered living in Samut Sakorn province. The study design w as a research and development (Action Research), af ter development of the model PEARL, implementation was done between the two intervention groups “PEARL”, “Teaching only” group comparing with “Control group” th ere had no intervention. The effectiveness of this program was assessed by pretest, post 1 month, post 3 months, and post 1 year during the period from 1 7 July 2010 to 22 September 2011.
