This article is aimed to critically analyze the responses of the customers relating to their expectations on the logistics technology innovations in the supply chain management. To meet this research aim, theoretical as well as empirical contributions were taken into consideration, wherein two companies were mainly analyzed, i.e., FedEx and DHL. The research method used for meeting the aims as well as objectives were both quantitative and qualitative approaches. In this regard, both secondary, as well as primary sources were used.
